1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using AdSaloon ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What AdSaloon does

AdSaloon generates ad headlines, body copy, audience targeting suggestions, and ad graphics from a short description of your business, using AI. You provide the input; the Service returns AI-generated output for you to use in your own advertising.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or subscribe to a paid plan.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all activity under your account. Sign-in is passwordless (email one-time code) — if your email account is compromised, your AdSaloon account may be too, so keep your email secure.

5. Subscription and billing

AdSaloon offers a free tier with limited monthly ad generations, and a paid subscription at $15/month for expanded usage.

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time; you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after cancelling.
• 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.
• Subscriptions are billed and processed by our payment partner. AdSaloon does not directly collect or store your card details.

6. AI-generated content

Ad copy, targeting suggestions, and images produced by AdSaloon are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that isn't suitable for your specific use case. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with the policies of whatever ad platform you use and with applicable law (including advertising regulations, claims made about your business, and intellectual property rights). AdSaloon makes no guarantee that generated content will drive any particular business result.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use AdSaloon to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

8. Ownership

You own the ad copy and images generated for your account, and may use them for your own business purposes. AdSaloon retains ownership of the underlying Service, software, and branding.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdSaloon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business losses related to generated ad content.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
